Distributor: Typically covers a city or district, supplies directly to retailers.
Super Stockist: Covers larger area (multiple districts), supplies to sub-distributors, maintains larger inventory, gets better margins but higher investment requirement.

How is territory protection guaranteed?

We provide exclusive territory rights through legal agreement. No other WOTRA distributor will be appointed in your designated territory. We also provide radius protection (minimum 5km from your warehouse) to prevent market overlap.

What support do you provide for dealer development?

Complete dealer development support including: Dealer recruitment training, sales team training, credit management systems, promotional materials, local marketing campaigns, and regular market visits by our team.

What is the minimum performance commitment?

Minimum quarterly sales targets based on territory potential: City Distributor - ₹25L/quarter, District Distributor - ₹50L/quarter, Super Stockist - ₹1Cr/quarter. Targets are agreed upon during agreement signing based on market potential.

How does the credit system work for dealers?

We recommend credit limits based on dealer credibility: Premium dealers (₹5L limit), Standard dealers (₹2L limit). We provide credit management training and optional credit insurance. You can set your own credit policies within our guidelines.

Can I distribute other products alongside WOTRA?

Yes, you can distribute other non-competing products. However, we require WOTRA to be your primary cleaning solutions brand. You cannot distribute competing cleaning products from other brands.
