The technology transfer fee includes: Complete formula disclosure, manufacturing process documentation, equipment specifications, 15-day intensive training, quality control protocols, raw material specifications, and ongoing technical support for 1 year.
Can we manufacture for other brands alongside WOTRA?
Yes, for private label model, you can manufacture for other brands. For contract manufacturing model, we require exclusive commitment for WOTRA products. All models include non-compete clauses for similar cleaning products.
What is the typical setup time?
Complete setup takes 60-90 days: 15 days for technology transfer and training, 30-45 days for equipment procurement and installation, 15-30 days for trial production and quality approval.
Do you provide raw material sourcing support?
Yes, we provide approved vendor list with bulk pricing agreements, quality specifications for each raw material, and assistance in establishing supply chain relationships.
What certifications are required?
Mandatory: FSSAI License, GST Registration, Factory License. Recommended: ISO 9001, GMP Certification, Pollution Control Board Consent. We assist in obtaining all required certifications.
Is there minimum production commitment?
Yes, minimum production commitment is required based on the manufacturing model: Private Label - 50,000 units/month, Contract Manufacturing - 1,00,000 units/month, Custom Formulation - 25,000 units/month.
