What are the payment terms?
Standard payment terms are 45 days from invoice date. For strategic partners and long-term suppliers, we offer 30-day payment terms. All payments are made on time as per agreed terms.
Are quality certifications mandatory?
ISO 9001:2015 certification is preferred for most categories and mandatory for chemical suppliers. For new suppliers, we consider their quality systems and may require certification within 6 months of partnership.
How are prices negotiated?
